Yes - upgrade instantly from your workspace settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
You'll receive warnings at 80% and 95% of your limit. Adding users beyond your plan limit is blocked until you upgrade - your existing alerts are never interrupted.
Anyone with an active login in your workspace. Deactivated or removed users don't count toward your limit.
All plans include unlimited alerts, email, push, Slack, and Teams notifications, locations, templates, and groups. SMS and Voice delivery included credits are described in our Terms of Service; additional usage is billed as overage. No setup fees on Starter.
